Bourgas Free Zone Jsc. offers production building for rent. Long-term agreement.
Total area 2400 sq.m – divided in three sectors as follows:

•  Storage area - depot raw material – 720 sq.m
• Production area – 1100 sq.m. – containing:
       - Workers’ rooms – 130 sq.m
       - Administration offices – 70 sq.m
       - Manufacturing area – 800 sq.m 
• Output/ready production storage area – 580 sq.m.

The building is electrified and with proper lightings, water-supplied, disposes of fire-prevention installations, according to standards. Free zone regime for storage of duty and VAT free goods and supplies can be used. For convenience of the production export we offer custom agency services. The free zone may assist in loading and unloading activities. Shipments can arrive or be forwarded by all kind of transports - sea, air, road or railway.
Possibilities for concluding contract for 3, 5, 10 or more years.
Bourgas free zone can offer preferential rates depending on duration of contract, terms of payment etc.
